Adv. Virginia De Sensi

Born in 1995, she obtained her Master's Degree in Law (Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza) from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan in 2020, defending a thesis in Modern Legal History entitled "Criminal Procedure in Eighteenth-Century Legal Codes".

From 2020, she completed her legal traineeship under Article 73 of Legislative Decree No. 69/2013, initially at the Office of the Preliminary Investigations Judge (GIP) at Milan Court, and subsequently in the Fifth Criminal Division. From 2022, she undertook her professional legal training at LSM Associati Law Firm, specialising primarily in environmental and corporate criminal law.

In 2023, she qualified as a lawyer and was admitted to the Milan Bar (Ordine degli Avvocati di Milano).

Since 2025, she has been an associate at LSM Law Firm.
