Adv. Elisabetta Pino

Born in 1999, she graduated with first-class honours in Law from the University of Milan in February 2022, defending a thesis in Criminal Law entitled "Non-human Criminal Liability: Animals, Corporations and Artificial Intelligence Systems" under the supervision of Professor Fabio Basile.

Since September 2022, she has been pursuing a PhD in Organised Crime Studies at the University of Milan.

In June 2024, she qualified as a barrister and solicitor and was admitted to the Milan Bar Association (Ordine degli Avvocati di Milano).

She has been collaborating with LSM Law Firm since June 2022.
